As a student at Campus Viborg, you have free access to VIA's Makerspaces, where you can use digital tools as 3D printers, laser cutters and robot technology.

 

The spaces allow you to work with your own ideas and get hands-on experience on developing prototypes.

    Creative power house 

    VIA Animation Workshop - with three different animation courses - is located in Viborg's old army barracks, located within walking distance of Campus Viborg. 

    At the VIA Animation Workshop, ÈÕº«¸£ÀûÍøÖ· have access to production equipment of the highest quality for productions in 2D, 3D and stop motion. VIA Animation Workshop is recognised around the world as a leader in animation education.

  • At Campus Viborg the ÈÕº«¸£ÀûÍøÖ· are always welcome to use the facilities of the Student House. 

    The Student House is primarily for ÈÕº«¸£ÀûÍøÖ· - run by the ÈÕº«¸£ÀûÍøÖ· themselves. 

    In the Student House you can take part in both social and cultural activities. We meet across education, nationality, age and profession. Everybody is welcome.

    The daily running of the house is taken care of by the ÈÕº«¸£ÀûÍøÖ· from Campus Viborg, organised in the Students House Group (SHG). The work takes place in cooperation with DSR (The Student Counsil)

    To enter the Student House, you only need your student card.

  • At the VIA Student Incubator, ÈÕº«¸£ÀûÍøÖ· work with innovation and entrepreneurship. They learn to develop and generate new ideas and projects. 

    This can be the student's own ideas or external projects being carried out in co-operation with local institutions and companies, municipalities or regions. 

    Activities and advisory services 

    VIA Student Incubator in Aarhus offers free innovation activities and advisory services about entrepreneurship.

    Bike in Viborg 

    You can also bike to the campus. Biking is very popular in Denmark, and you can purchase a bike cheaply or rent one if you like. Viborg is generally very bike-friendly, and there are many bike lanes in the area.
